Regarded as BITAG Extreme's most infamous exposé, host Ben Tulfo uncovers the gastronomically disturbing acts of a colorum food manufacturer, Mega Ace Food Products, in producing fish crackers, a popular Filipino snack - the flagrant disregard for its consumers' health by using the toxic chemical compound borax as an ingredient, and its extreme unhygienic practices in food preparation, highlighted by the use of fish sauce teeming with dead cockroaches.
